Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Apps Factory LLC ("we", "us") for your use of AppFounded (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept them. If you use the Service for a company, you accept them for that company.

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 and give accurate information. You are responsible for your account, your team members' access, and everything done under your workspace.

2. Connected accounts

The Service works with accounts you own, such as App Store Connect, Google Play, RevenueCat, Superwall, Supabase and social media accounts. You confirm you are allowed to connect them, and you remain bound by those providers' terms (including Apple's and Google's developer agreements and the TikTok, Meta and YouTube terms). We are not responsible for those providers' services or decisions, such as app review outcomes.

3. AI features and approvals

AI features produce suggestions, content and analysis that can be wrong. Review them before relying on them. Actions that spend money, publish content or submit apps require your approval, unless you turn on automation for them, in which case you are responsible for what is done within the limits you set.

4. Estimates

Market data (competitor downloads, revenue, keyword volume) comes from third parties and is estimated. Attribution from social posts to installs and revenue is partly estimated because of platform privacy rules. Figures labeled "estimated" are not exact and are not financial advice.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of your content and data. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to content you publish, including music, voices and likenesses.

6. Acceptable use

  • No illegal, misleading, hateful or infringing content, and no spam.
  • No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to access other workspaces.
  • No reselling the Service or its third-party data without our written permission.
  • No cloning a voice or likeness without that person's consent.

7. Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are used for AI and media features, are tied to your workspace, have no cash value, and are non-refundable except where the law requires. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or revenue, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Apps Factory LLC is registered, United States. Contact: hello@appfounded.com.
